<p>A device for photometric scanning of gels comprises a monochromator (1) from which a light beam passes through successively located along the path of the light beam a diaphragm (2) and a gel (6) contained in a dish (7) movable in relation to the light beam by means of a drive (19) and comes to a photometer (9). The dish (7) is made of two joint discs (10, 11) provided each on one of its sides with congruent grooves which form, when the discs are joined, at least one cell (14) for containing gels.</p> |
