PURPOSE:To improve operation efficiency and cooling effect, by heat bonding a coil formed by winding conductive wire around a winding mold and then by cooling the coil from inside. CONSTITUTION:When a winding mold 14A and 22 come in contact a preset gap is made between the winding molds 14A and 22. After determining conductive wire 37, the winding molds 14A and 22 is turned around and the wire 37 is wound in the gap to form a shape of coil. After this the insulative material on the surface of the conductor wire is melted by flowing a current in the coil. Air from a compressor cools it. The air goes out through an blow hole 38, flows through a groove 39 in the direction of the conductive wire 37 and goes out through an exit groove 40. The winding mold 14A is cooled from inside and the coil is supplied with enough air to accelerate cooling effects improving operating efficiency. |
