<p>Derivatized agarose is produced by introducing into the disaccharide unit of the agarose polymer chain, at least one substituent having a molecular weight range greater than 100 to about 1,000,000. The derivatized agarose is useful as a sieving gel in electrophoresis and diffusive interactions.</p> |
