PURPOSE:To improve the disturbance of vertical dot cross-color by providing a duty control part to the input inverter part of a clock driver and by performing sampling while putting the main channel and subchannel of a CCD 180 deg. out of phase with each other. CONSTITUTION:A comb-type-filter driving clock driver composed of MOSFETs M1 and M2, bootstrap or buffer circuits B1 and B2, etc., is provided with MOSFETs M7 and M8 for duty control over driving pulses which appear at terminals P1 and P2, and FETs M9 and M10 as analog inverting circuits for DC bias control. Then, those FETs M7-M10 change an initial stage inverter in a dynamic transition state, so that the main channel and subchannel of a CCD have the coincident sampling opening time of a two-phase pulse driving the channel part of a CCD comb type filter and a charge presetting pulse. Thus, alternate sampling is achieved while the main channel and subchannel are put 180 deg. out of phase with each other. |
