The battery operated torch ensures warning up of a car ignition key for insertion into a frozen door lock and features a recess (2) with a connecting tongue (62). The latter features two contacts (63/64) corresponding to the contact surfaces (33/34) of the recess, and the small size of the unit allows it to be attached to the key ring. The battry is of the rechargeable type and the lamp (61) provides an indication of the state of the battery (4). The battery occupies the end compartment of a cylinonial container (1), in such a way as to trap a side contact for the battery casing. The central pole of the battery presses on the recess surface (34). |
