PURPOSE:To incorporate a skidding stopper in a tubeless tire which is not accompanied by any air tire and to project the skidding stopper beyond a tread surface of the tire by using an air pressure when it is required. CONSTITUTION:An air bag 2 is contained in central inside surface of a support frame 1 embedded in the tubeless tire, and a resilient rubber 4 having a high degree of elongation is fitted between the tread part 3 of the tire and the frame 1. The upper surface of a central part of the rubber 4 is brought into contact with the air bag 2, the skidding stopper 5 is fitted to the lower surface and a pipe 6 for supplying and discharging compressed air is connected to the air bag 2. When the skidding stopper is required to operate. compressed air is fed into the bag 2 through the pipe 6 to expand the bag 2, whereby the central part of the rubber 4 is elongated downwardly to project the skidding stopper 5 in the direction of the arrow. |
