<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The structure (72) has a photovoltaic solar panel assembly provided with main photovoltaic solar panels (331-334) connected to corresponding rectangular antenna panels (151, 153, 154, 155, 157), and secondary photovoltaic solar panels (341-348). One side of each secondary panel is connected to the corresponding main panel and is perpendicular to a side by which the main panel is connected to the corresponding antenna panel. Articulation systems pivot the secondary panels with respect to the main panels along an axis parallel to the sides by which the main panels are connected, respectively. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Deployable structure for a satellite used as a radar system, that is installed in a hollow cylindrical portion of a launching nose cone. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The deployable structure is configured such that the antenna panels are stacked on large width surfaces of a case so as to reduce the space available for the photovoltaic solar panel assembly, thus reducing the dimensions of the deployable structure, and hence assuring endurance of the satellite and facilitating the control of the satellite during position-fixing of the satellite. The main and secondary solar panels can be arranged in a storage configuration so as to provide electrical energy to the satellite by only deploying the antenna panels.
