PURPOSE:To prevent a head of a crew from caughting on a catcher at a time when the crew gets in or out of a vehicle by installing a catcher rotatably to forward and rearward directions on a moving anchor which is supported movably at the upper part of a door. CONSTITUTION:When a door 7 is opened a moving anchor 11 is moved to the front and a catcher 13 and the moving anchor 11 are moved in a body to the front, with which a door side edge of a seat belt 2 is moved ahead of a seat 1, and getting in and out of vehicle for a crew can be made possible. Then, a posture change thrust plate 14 touches a stopper 16 at the front moving edge of the catcher 13, and a posture of the catcher is turned into a slouchy one. With this caughting of the head of a crew on the catcher 13 at a time when the crew gets in and out of the vehicle can be prevented. |
