PURPOSE:To effectively prevent a slip between strips in a coil, by suspending the coil at the entry of a rewinding line when rewinding, and reducing apparent weight of its coil. CONSTITUTION:An annealded coil 1 having a loose inside diameter part is installed to a payoff reel 6. An electromagnet 7 is placed so as to hold a slight space on the upper side of the rewinding side of the coil 1, and when this electromagnet 7 is operated, attraction of the electromagnet exerts on the coil 1, and apparent weight put on the upper side of the payoff reel 6 is reduced. In this way, a slip between strips in the coil, which is caused by loosenness of winding of the coil, etc. is entirely prevented, and no scratch occurs at all. |
