<p>PURPOSE:To prevent adsorption materials from rubbing against each other and getting abraded by piling up alternately non-woven filter mediums forming a plurality of protrusions and adsorbing material on one side, while bringing the protrusions and the non-woven filter mediums into contact with each other, and wrapping up the whole with a non-woven cloth and heating up the whole body. CONSTITUTION:Truncated conical shape or column-type protrusions 32 are provided on one side of non-woven filter mediums 31 formed with yarns constituted with twisted composite plastic filaments, while between each of protrusions 32 of the non-woven filter mediums 31, rod-shaped or grain-shaped adsorptions materials 33 are deposited, and the non-woven filter mediums 31 and adsorption materials 33 are laminated alternately. Further, the whole is wrapped in a non-woven cloth 34, and the periphery 35 is compressively adhered by heating devices such as hot air, hot plates or the like and integrate to form a deodorizing filter 3. The polluted air makes contact with a number of pores of adsorption materials 33 in the process of flowing from one face of the odorizing filter 3 to the other face, and polluted particles are adsorbed and cleaned.</p> |
