PURPOSE:To obtain a titled heat collecting plate which is excellent in its heat transmitting property and is capable of executing its mass production, by doubling a fin material and a pipe material in the lengthwise direction, also carrying them in one body in the lengthwise direction at a constant speed, and performing arc welding in order from the upper part of the fin material. CONSTITUTION:A copper hoop material W and a pipe material P are drawn out from the coils, respectively, and a notch A is formed by operating a punch 14 toward the hoop material W. Subsequently, the pipe material P is press-contacted with the center part of the lower surface of the hoop material W, arc is generated from a torch electrode 321 which has been waiting at the upper part of the hoop material W, and the hoop material W is melted and welded with the pipe material P. Subsequently, this welded part is contacted with metallic rollers 41 which are prvided on the upper and lower parts as a pair and lead in cooling water, is cooled suddenly, and waveform pattern is provided on both end parts of the fin material W by gears 511. Subsequently, the hoop material W and the pipe material P are cut and separated in almost the center part of the notch A by operating running cutting machine 61 such as a grind stone, etc., and also chamfering of the pipe material P is executed, by which a desired heat collecting plate is obtained. |
