PURPOSE:To form a beautifully colored stereo-pattern along the contour of the pattern, by attaching beforehand the desired pattern flatly to a resin molded face and press-molding by the push mold after heat softening. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin molded article 1 is beforehand molded into the predetermined shape. The proper pattern of desired letters, figures, signs etc. are attached to the molded article 1. Attachment is performed by the method such as hot stamping, mask coating, printing, punched sheet attachment etc., thus edging of the contour is performed readily. Then, it is pressed by the push mold having unevenness corresponding with the pattern. As pressurizing method, e.g. the high frequency weldering is used. |
