Many different occupational groups such as building workers and those working with machines, those engaged in medical professions or housewives often suffer from chapped hands with cracks. Treatment with a hand care composition usually entails unpleasant side effects such as prolonged absorption of the care cream, or the time or opportunity to rub cream into the hands is lacking. This is why the invention proposes gloves for hand care with which it is possible easily and without difficulty to carry out a beneficial course of hand care when they are worn over night. According to the invention, any suitable gloves made of any suitable material are provided on the inside with any suitable care substance. Gloves for hand care should be made of any suitable material such as disposable material or material which permits repeated use or has any other advantages, for example, is soft, fine, has open-pore perforations, is low cost, air-permeable, has a grease-resistant outer side etc. The gloves for hand care should be provided on the inside with a care substance in any suitable amount and consistency such as, for example, a cosmetic care cream or medicinal ointment or medicinal dusting powder in any suitable composition for a caring or curative effect. When the hands are seriously affected, the gloves for hand care represent, for example when worn over night, a real hand recuperation course. In the case of normal hand care, the glove for hand care can be used occasionally as additional intensive care supplement. The combination of care/medicinal substance in the item of clothing is thus also to be employed in any other suitable items of clothing or underclothing such as stockings, socks, pants, wrist, elbow or knee straps etc. and thus also has uses in nursing and cosmetic sectors and in medicinal treatment and in hospitals for skin injuries and burns.
