<p>PURPOSE:To provide input pins of an LSI with more functions and to reduce its size by discriminating input signals, supplied via one input external terminal, by >=2 kinds of logical threshold voltages. CONSTITUTION:The levels of input signals supplied to external terminals D0- D7 are discriminated by corresponding input buffers BP0-BP7, and the levels of input signals supplied to said external terminals D0-D6 are also discriminated by corresponding comparators CMP0-CMP6 respectively. The output signals of said input buffers BP0-BP7 or said comparators CMP0-CMP6 are transferred to an internal data bus BUS by controlling switches S10-S17 or S20- S26 in accordance with the program of a microcomputer.</p> |
