While, with the operation of the opening sections of the three-way valves 11, 13 and switch valve 12 in the fashion A-B, washing water flows as shown by dashed line arrows in the figure, and the earth and sand, or particles etc. accumulated in washing water drain pipe 6B is discharged through the drain pipe 8 via washing water supply holes 5A, 5B and bipass pipe 9.
