PURPOSE:To improve suction efficiency of a scroll type fluidic machine, by providing a groove, communicating internal and external working spaces, at the winding end of a turning scroll in a casing. CONSTITUTION:A turning scroll 1 performs orbiting motion in a fixed scroll 2 having an external wall 3, and plural contact points between the fixed scroll 2 and the turning scroll 1 gradually move toward the center, then intake air from a suction air port 6 is compressed by decrease of volume in a working chamber, finally discharged from a delivery port 7 in the central part to operate pumping action. While there is provided a groove 8, communicating enclosed space, formed when the winding end of the turning scroll 1 is contacted to a scroll shaped plate body of the fixed scroll 2, to external space, in a casing fixing the fixied scroll 2. In consequence, air can be sucked to the wide working chamber in a suction stroke, thus suction efficiency can be improved. |
