PURPOSE:To obtain molds for the vulcanization of elastomer products for obtain a high quality tire, etc., by using a structure in which a large number of vent holes are provided in order to release gas trapped in the contact face between an elastomer product and the molds and a mobile shaft having a smaller outside diameter than the inside diameter of the vent hole is slidably set along the inner wall of the vent hole in such a way as to limit its sliding distance. CONSTITUTION:For molds for vulcanizing an elastomer product, e.g., tire, etc., a large number of vent holes 1 through which gas trapped in the contact face a1 between the elastomer product and molds A is released are provided, and along the inner wall of the vent hole 1, a mobile shaft 2 having a smaller outside diameter than the inside diameter of the vent hole 1 is set slidably. One end of the mobile shaft 2 is provided with a head 3 so that the sliding distance of the shaft 2 can be adjusted and limited by an adjusting screw 5 screwed with a housing 4 fitted into a recession formed on the open air side a2 of the vent hole 1, and also gas trapped can be released through a hole 6 from the aperture between the vent hole 1 and the mobile shaft 2 to the outside of the molds. |
