PURPOSE:To make the terminal metal tool unnecessary, to reduce the number of the parts and the cost of a magnetron, and to simplify the structure of a magnetron by subjecting parts of filament supports which are exposed outside a vacuum case to bending work, crushing work and the like so as to constitute terminals. CONSTITUTION:The ends of filament supports 10 and 11 which are exposed outside a vacuum case are subjected to bending work so as to form circular arcs 20. After that, an external feeding wire 15 is laid transversely across the arcs 20. Consequently, any auxiliary part such as a terminal metal tool becomes unnecessary, the number of the parts can be reduced, the entire structure can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced. |
