PURPOSE:To improve the thermal transfer of both a field coil and a field core and to prevent the increase in the temperature of the coil by reducing the thickness of resin interposed between the coil and the core at the fixing time. CONSTITUTION:A linear conductor is wound at a bobbin formed by a cylindrical field core 2 and a pair of disc-shaped insulating plates 3a, 3b while passing heat curable insulating paint solvent, the solvent is cured by energizing and heating after winding, thereby forming a field coil 4. Thus, the interposed insulator between the coil 4 and the core becomes thin, thereby improving the thermal transfer between the coil and the core and reducing the increase in the temperature of the coil 4. |
