<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the operation time of a sense circuit apparently by providing more than one sense circuit whose time of electric connection with a storage cell is minimized and by using them successively. CONSTITUTION:A storage cell group 5 consists of many storage cells 5-1-5-n and word lines a-1-a-n, and a bit line (b) are connected. A sense circuit group 6 consists of three sense circuits 6-1, 6-2 and 6-3, which are each connected to the bit line (b) via a gate to sense the state of the same storage cell. Respective gates are opened with clocks phiC-1, phiC-2, and phiC-3 sent from a sense-circuit selecting circuit 10 via sense-circuit selection lines C-1, C-2, and C-3. Then, those sense circuits are used successively.</p> |
