PURPOSE:To carry out the mixing of many components uniformly and economically, in a mixer wherein a ratio of the cross area of the compression part thereof and the cross area of the throttle part thereof is adjusted to a definite value or more, by prolonging an average stay time in the compression part and increasing a sliding speed in the throttle part. CONSTITUTION:In a mixing apparatus consisting of a throttle part 4, a front compression part 3 and a rear compression part 5, a mixer wherein a ratio of the max. open cross area S1 of the compression part 3 and the min. open cross area S2 of the throttle part 4 is 100 or more is used and an average stay time in the compression part 3 is set to 5 sec or more as well as a sliding speed in the throttle part 4 is set to 50 sec<-1> or more. In this mixing apparatus, many components such as a sinthetic resin, a filler or the like are uniformly mixed. |
