PURPOSE:To increase a producibility by a method wherein an insulated charge like felt is inserted to a great gap in an insulated cap, a heat contractive film is wrapped around the outside of the insulated cap, a thermal hardening resin innnersed in a vacuum condition, and heated and hardened. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of semi-wound upper coils 2 and lower coils 3 like a rod are inserted into a plurality of slots of a rotor core, a connection clip 4 is met to two coil ends stacked, a connection charge 5 of coil insulation thickness is inserted to the space between the naked connection protions 8 of the upper and lower coils 2, 3 and is connected through a soldering. subsequently, a felt- like insulated charge 11 is protected transversely from a stacked portion over the range from a cap 7 at the coil end stacked portion to the end of coil insulation 10 against the ground so as to make contact with an insulated cap 6 covered latter when it is inserted. Subsequently, the bag-like insulated cap 6 is covered over the area from the connecting portion to the insulation portion 10 against the ground, a heat contractive film 12 is wrapped around the insulated cap 6, the full windings are placed in an immersing tank, and after the heat hardening resin has been vacuum-immersed, it is heated and hardened. |
