PURPOSE:To enable automatic reception of a public charge with money reception or a postal transfer account on the spot, by reading at least the amount of money of three slips of payment separable into collation and permitting transaction at the coincidence of the money amount of at least two slips. CONSTITUTION:A public charge payment slip having a separable format into at least three slips is inserted to a reception slit and carried, and the three payment money amounts recorded on each slip of the payment slip are scanned at an image sensor 53 of the reader, and compared with the standard pattern 77 for discrimination 76. The three money amount data are collated at a main control section 78, and only when at least the two are coincident through the result of collation, the money reception or accounting transfer to the money amount is permitted. |
