PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of scale, to widen the operational range of an apparatus and to enhance reliability by a method wherein plural stock material supply places are provided in a vertical direction as well as the supply amount of the stock liquid is controlled so as to set the drying place of the stock liquid to a predetermined position. CONSTITUTION:Stock material supply pipes 9, 9' have control valves 3, 3', flow amount detectors 4, 4' and flow meters 15, 15' and an evaporated substance is flowed out from a line 12 and powder from a line 13. Signals from a densitometer 14, flow meters 15, 15', and thermometers T1-T6 are sent to a controller 16 through signal lines 17-19 and the signal therefrom is sent to signal lines 20, 20' so as to set the drying place of a stock liquid to a predetermined place and the control valves 3, 3' are operated. As the result, influence of solid concn. in the stock liquid is made min. and the generation of scale can be prevented without reducing a stock material supply amount. By this method, the treatment of a stock liquid with high solid concn. is enabled and the operational range of the apparatus is wid ened as well as reliability is enhanced. |
