PURPOSE:To obtain a continuous and smooth control characteristic corresponding to temperature, by outputting negative pressure continuously changing correspondingly to the detected temperature. CONSTITUTION:If temperature detected by a thermowax device 50, for instance, rises, its output shaft 52 is extended to lift a spring receiver 56 receiving a compression coil spring 58, and there is weakened urging force to a pressure plate 32 toward an atmospheric chamber 14 on the basis of compression springs 44, 58, then a value of negative pressure in an output chamber 16 in a balance state of a temperature sensing control valve 2 is correspondingly lowered to the urging force. If temperature detected by the thermowax device 50 lowers, the value of negative pressure goes high by operation opposite to the above. That is, an output characteristic can be obtained, in which a value of negative pressure output from an output port 20 continuously lowers as temperature rises in the thermowax device 50. |
