PURPOSE:To suppress the deficiency of the thickness of side portions and also of bonding force and the occurrence of dimensional deformation by a method in which a core material is formed by bringing an expanded body into contact with a sheeted substance and extending them before the rise time, and also the connected end of male and female molds is cut into the core material in an inclined state. CONSTITUTION:An expanded polyurethane resin P is extruded onto the throughlike bottom of a colored steel plate, a sheeted substance, e.g., Kraft paper, etc., is laminated on the polyurethane resin being reacted under the guidance of a roller 6, the polyurethane resin is further extended by an extension roller 7 and expanded in all directions, and the expanded polyurethane resin is cured in a cure oven 8 to manufacture a core material integrally bonded with a metal hoop material 1. Then, both ends of the metal hoop material are folded into a >- shaped form by a secondary molder 15, the lower sides 16 of the folded portions are pressed into the core material in an inclined state and the connected portions 16 and 17 of male and felame molds having an insertion edge 16a and a coupling groove 17a are formed to strengthen the connecting force of the panel and also to prevent the deformation of the panel. |
