PURPOSE:To expedite hardening and to improve insulation characteristics or mechanical characteristics by a method wherein a coil winding a high strength fiber material applied a hardener at the external circumference is impregnated by impregnated resin to increase the viscosity of resin and then the coil is taken out of the impregnated resin for gelling and hardening. CONSTITUTION:A coil 7 is formed by winding a heat-resistant insulating conductor 5 and a heat-resistant layer insulating material 6 by predetermined number of turns on a coil former. Furthermore, the coil 7 is wound by a high strength fiber material 8 applied or impregnated a hardener at the external circumference. Next, the coil is impregnated by impregnating resin with a viscosity of 10 poises or less and cooled until arriving the resin viscosity of coil surface at 20-50 poises. After that, the coil is taken out of the impregnated resin and gelatinized while rotating the coil for hardening and the coil is unitedly hardened. |
