PURPOSE:To improve the cooling effect eliminating stagnation of cooling water flow by arranging a cooling water feed port and a water charge port at a diagonal point of a case. CONSTITUTION:Coils 4A and 4B are housed in a double construction case 5 made of a non-conductive heat resistant material made of ceramic or quartz glass or the like. A clearance 8 is formed on the undersurface of the coils 4A and 4B is the case 5 to have a cooling water flowing. As a cooling water feed port 6 and a discharge port 7 are provided at the diagonal point of the case 5, the cooling water flows smoothly despite a small pressure of the cooling water so that the probe can be cooled satisfactorily without local heating. |
