PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory synthesized picture without using 2 cameras, by photographing 2 objects to be photographed, by 1 set of a television camera using a solid image pickup element. CONSTITUTION:A video signal A and B are obtained by photographing 2 objects to be photographed, by 1 set of a television camera 9 using a solid image pickup element which is capable of changing the size and form of an image outputted by varying a scanning speed. The video signal A is inputed to a picture synthesizing part 3 directly through a picture memory 2, and the video signal B is directly inputted to the picture synthesizing part 3. The picture synthesizing part synthesizes these video signals, and displays a synthesized picture on a television monitor 6. |
