PURPOSE:To obtain the titled composition having improved heat-resistance and adhesivity of coating film and suitable for exterior parts of automobile, etc., by compounding two kinds of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers having different vinyl acetate content with a specific ethylene polymer, etc., at specific ratios. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding (A) 50-85wt% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 3-15wt%, (B) 5-40wt% ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a vinyl acetate content of 25-45wt%, (C) 5-25wt% polyethylene and/or ethylene-alpha- olefin copolymer (e.g. medium-density or high-density polyethylene having a density of >=0.93g/cm<3>) and (D) <=30pts.wt., preferably 3-30pts.wt. (based on 100pts.wt. of A+B+C) of a polymer containing rubbery segment. The content of vinyl acetate is 8-15wt% based on the sum of the components A, B and C. |
