Arrangement for scanning an approximately rectangular surface, particularly for use in an electronic microcamera

In the interior of a cylinder-like external part, two spring strips, which are mounted in alignment with one another and are perpendicular to one another, are accommodated. The spring strips are metallically conductive. The external part carries metallically conductive electrodes which are insulated against one another and against the internal part. Between these electrodes and the internal part, alternating electrical voltages are present which deflect the internal part via electrostatic forces in such a manner that its front end scans an approximately rectangular surface. The arrangement is used, in particular, in an electronic microcamera. For this purpose, an optical fibre (8), the front end of which scans the field of view of a lens, is applied to the internal part. Using the arrangement makes it possible to keep the dimensions of the microcamera particularly small. <IMAGE>
