PURPOSE:To obtain a simulation device which approximates the characteristics of a device to be controlled by a sequence controller to that of an actual model and is adapted to devices in a wide range and can be small-size. CONSTITUTION:A sequence controller 4 has a microprocessor 5 and an input/ output device 6. A simulation device 7 has a microprocessor 8 for simulation, a device 9 which relays signals between the microprocessor 8 and the sequence controller 4, and an external memory 10 for setting the characteristic model of a machine. The simulation device 7 and the sequence controller 4 are connected by a cable 11. The part of a valve 12 and a repeating board 13 is substituted by the simulation device 4 to test the operation of the sequence controller 4. |
