PURPOSE:To largely reduce the deformation of a cover by shortening the plate of one side of the cover. CONSTITUTION:A frame 9 is stepwisely formed in such a manner that the part in which a pickup coil 5 is buried is formed high and the part in which a mixed integrated circuit 4 is mounted is formed low, and a groove for installing a cover 23 is formed on the upper surface. Accordingly, the length of a plate approaching the reactor 10 of the cover 23 is short, and the length of a plate approaching a terminal board 11 is long. In this manner, even if the cover 23 is urged toward the reactor 10 at the connecting time of the board 11 or at the attaching or detaching time of a cap 15, the short plate resists against the pushing force, and the cover 23 may not fall down. |
