The vehicle includes a chassis formed of a steerable chassis part (1a) and a driving chassis part (1b). The lower part of the steerable chassis is provided with freely running wheels (5,6) and the driving chassis part has a driving bicycle provided with eccentrically connected driving wheels (10,11). The driving shaft (8) of the driving bicycle is at an acute angle to the imaginary line taken through the centre of the driving wheels (10,11), intersecting the distance between the wheels pref. at its midpoint.
