发明名称 DISTANCE MEASURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of a distance measuring device and to increase the accuracy of measurement, by receiving a reflected light irradiated to an object, modulating the reflected light in accordance with angles of reflected light and calculating the distance measuring output as a function of the angle. CONSTITUTION:A reflected light irradiated from an irradiation means 1 to an object 7 is made incident to a photodetecting split means 2 with an angle phi. The 1st light component which is split is given to the 1st light intesifying and detecting means 3 to be outputted as an electric signal V1. The split 2nd light component is modulated in accordance with the angle phi at an optical modulation means 4 to be outputted as an electric signal V2 at the 2nd light intensifying and detecting means 5. The means 2 and 4 are formed incorporatedly with two prisms. Outputs V1, V2 are given to an operating means 6 to calculate v= V2/V1. The output (v) is a function of the angle phi, i.e. distance X only, and this system can be applied to focusing or the like. Thus, since no moving part is provided, the constitution is made simple and the measuring accuracy can be increased.
