<p>PURPOSE:To make a device difficult to be affected with the external environment to improve the reliability of the device, by makig the signal line for interface of A/D and D/A converters into one chip. CONSTITUTION:When receiving a reset signal in a reset terminal, a control circuit fetches contents from specific addresses of a program RAM and a ROM to start the execution of the instruction code. The operation is performed in an ALU30 and uses an RAM32 for FLAG data storage, and data is transferred among a digital I/O port 54, an A/D conerter register 34, and a D/A converter register 35 through an internal data bus 33 as required. The A/D converting part selects one of plural inputs by an analogue multiplexer 36 and stores it in a sampling and holding circuit 55, and the output of a comparator 57 is applied to a continuously approximation register 58 to obtain a converted digital signal.</p> |
