<p>PURPOSE:To make the whole of a titled device small-size and cheap, by displaying the locus of a pen without break on an input and display board simultaneously when the pen is moved on this board. CONSTITUTION:The information signal from a detecting circuit 68 is stored as a binary signal in a prescribed coordinate position of a semiconductor memory 91, and contents of the memory 91 are read out and are displayed on an input and display board 61 through the detecting circuit 68 and a driving circuit 70. The input information detecting circuit 68 detects whether external information is inputted or not in a signal detecting circuit 93 and stores the outout information signal in a storage element as a binary signal through a decoder 94 and supplies contents read out from the memory 91 to the driving circuit 70. The driving circuit 70 scans an thin film transistor array on a basis of the signal from the decoder 94 and makes only a thin film transistor, which corresponds to a sensor 77 to which external information is inputted, conductive, and contents stored in the memory 91 are displayed.</p> |
