PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a gap between a horn pad and a spoke sec- tion when a steering wheel is deformed by allowing projected hooks provided on the horn pad fit in fitting holes made on the wheel spoke section. CONSTITUTION:Projected hooks 21 are provided on the back side 20 of a horn pad 3 near both ends 3a against a spoke section, and fitting holes 22 are formed on the spoke section 6 at the positions corresponding to said projected hooks 21. At the time of car collision, the horn pad 3 is hard pressed by shock to the spoke section, and said projected hooks 21 are fitted in the fitting holes of the spoke section 6, thus no gap is generated betweeen the spoke section 6 and the horn pad 3, preventing fingers or the like from being pinched in the gap. |
