PURPOSE:To secure stability and reliability of bonding state by cooling the bonding sections after bonding a work piece by means of pressure and heat. CONSTITUTION:A bonding section 1c of a panel 1a and a base 1b being piled up together are placed on a rubber material 5, and a piston rod 8a is lifted up to pressurize the bonding section 1c between the rubber material 5 and a glass plate 2. Then, while an infrared rays heater 10 is moved along a guide rail 12, infrared rays 11 are irradiated to heat up the bonding section 1c. While pressurizing the bonding section 1c is going on, the bonding section 1c is cooled down. By said process, stability and reliability of bonding state is secured. |
