PURPOSE:To enable an anode ring, a vane antenna and strap rings to be brazed and fixed without using any jig by brazing them after they are welded. CONSTITUTION:An anode ring 1 is made to be supported with a jig 11, and a number of vanes 2 are placed between the jig 11 and a jig 12. After a large and a small strap ring 4 and 5 coated with a brazing agent are placed on the top surface of the vanes 2, the contact parts between the anode ring 1 and the vanes 2 and the contact parts between the vanes 2 and the above strap rings 4 and 5 are welded by radiating welding beams L on these parts. Next, the jig 12 is extracted, and other strap rings 4 and 5 are welded to the back surfaces of the vanes 2 in the same manner as above. After that, an antenna is welded to the vane 2, the jig 11 is removed, and the anode ring 1, the vanes 2, the whole strap rings 4 and 5 and the antenna are brazed and fixed. |
