PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of an image, by providing a memory storing the dispersion of sensitivity in each infrared-ray detector and changing the preset level of a CCD through the content. CONSTITUTION:Charges produced and stored in each detector of a detector arrangement 8 froming an IRCCD are transferred to each cell of an output CCD10 via a column CCD2. On the other hand, in the timing just before the charges are transferred to the output CCD10, the content of a memory 19 storing the dispersion in the sensitivity of each detector is sequentially read out to change a preset level 22 via a D/A converter 20 and a buffer amplifier 21. Thus, since the variance in the level due to the dispersion in the sensitivity of each detector of the IRCCD can be corrected, the deterioration in image can be prevented. |
