PURPOSE:To obtain a titled small-sized, lighweight device of good producibility united to a loader for setting panel parts, by composing an operating part of a link mechanism so that one actuator prehems panel parts of two kinds of cars. CONSTITUTION:For prehemming the panel parts 17 of a car A in the car A, the parts 17 are held by a loader 18 with a clamp 19 through the operation of a cylinder 20 to be set at a prescribed position of the car A. Then, a cylinder 23 for operation is expanded from a neutral position to press an operating shaft 26 and to further press the rear end of the 1st operating link 30, which turns clockwise. As a result, the 2nd operating link 35 is turned counterclockwise through a coupling link 38 and a roller 37 pressure both the sides of the parts 17 partially against a receiving surface 42a horizontally, thus performing prehemming. For prehemming the parts 17 of a car B in the car B, the parts 17 are operated in the same above-mentioned stages, above, the cylinder 23 is contracted from the neutral position to draw the shaft 26, and the rear end of the link 30 is drawn to be turned counter-clockwise; and the roller 32 presses both the sides of the parts 17 partially against a receiving surface 41a horizontally, thus performing prehemming. |
