PURPOSE:To prevent the damage due to the deformation of a substrate caused by an internal pressure change of the cell or external force by forming a hindering body for regulating the space between substrates against the substrate deformation at a part of the inner wall of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:An electrolytic soln. 5 is sealed in the space between substrates 1, 7 at least one of which has the shape of a dish, and hindering sections 11, 11' for hindering the damage due to the deformation of the dish-shaped opposite substrate 7 caused by a factor such as an internal pressure change of the cell or external force are formed at parts of the internal wall of the substrate 7. The section 11, 11'are made of glass or other material and formed at arbitrary places of the substrate 7 as protrusions acting as spacers. By extending the sections 11, 11' to the position of a white background plate 9, the plate 9 can be fixed by the sections 11, 11'. An opposite electrode 8 is set at a part exept the sections 11, 11'. |
