PURPOSE:To manufacture the sandwich type optical reading sensor easily by using a metallic electrode to which a hole is bored as an upper electrode of the optical reading sensor. CONSTITUTION:A lower electrode 2-4, a photoconductor section 2-1, a film 2-2 having the large transmittance of beams and large conductivity and the upper electrode 2-3 to which the hole for transmitting beams is bored are disposed onto an insulating substrate 2-5. The technique of formation is facilitated because a transparent conductor electrode is not used as the upper electrode 2-3, the electrode 2-3 is shaped by a metal material such as Al and the electrode patterned is employed at that time. |
