PURPOSE:To improve workability by manufacturing a track ring in such a way that a metallic ring which integrates a track and a ring-shaped material made of synthetic resin are resiliently attached to each other under pressure and fixed. CONSTITUTION:A metallic ring 1a is resiliently attached and fixed to a ring- shaped member 1b in such a way that a ring-shaped member 1b made of synthetic resin forming the outer ring and having an internal surface of conic stand shape, and a metallic ring 1a having a diameter a little larger than that of the inner surface of said ring-shaped member 1b are respectively formed separately. The metallic ring 1a is inserted from the both sides of the small ends of the ring-shaped member 1b to the inner circumference of the ring-shaped material 1b. In order to prevent the both from coming off in the axial direction after insertion, bosses 11 which protrude outward in the radial direction are provided at several spots on the periphery of the end part on the small diametral side of the metallic ring 1a, and the bosses 11 are brought into contact with the large end face 12 of the ring-shaped member 1b. |
