PURPOSE:To realize driving with a low level of electric power and to increase the switching frequency for a transistor switching circuit, by providing a specific third winding to a transistor driving transformer plus a diode between an end of the third winding and the collector of the transistor. CONSTITUTION:A switching transistor TR1 is provided along with a primary winding 3 of a transformer 2 which drives the TR1, a driving pulse supply circuit 4 connected to the winding 3 and a secondary winding 5 which is connected to the winding 3 via the transformer 2 with its both ends connected to the emitter and the base of the TR1, respectively. In addition, a third winding 9 is connected to the winding 3 via the transformer 2 with one of its ends connected to the emitter of the TR1 directly or via the winding 5 and also keeps a diode 10 nonconductive and conductive during the OFF and ON periods, respectively according to the number of its turns. The diode 10 is connected between the other end of the winding 9 having the directivity as shown in the diagram and the collector of the TR1. |
