<p>PURPOSE:To prevent lateral turning due to a sharp turn by checking reversion in the turning of the steering wheel when a battery powered vehicle runs fast. CONSTITUTION:Upon the closing of a forward switch FSW, right and left forward contactor coils 25 and 27 are energized. With a slight left turning of a steering wheel, a sensor SL1 is closed to turn OFF a transistor TR1 thereby making the left forward contactor coil 25 non-conductive. With the further turning of the steering wheel, sensors SL1 and SL2 are closed. At this point, when the output of an oscillation circuit 31 according to the depression level of an accelerator 30 is below the specified value, a transistor TR5 is turned ON and a relay RL1 is actuated to change a relay contact 23. With slight further turning of the steering wheel, the sensor SL1 is released to energize a left backward contactor coil 26, thereby enabling a sharp turning.</p> |
