PURPOSE:To provide uniform and positive heating to an object to be heated, regardless of the condition of said object, by emitting radiant heat to said object from a burner, a part or the whole of which has a certain angle to the object to be heated. CONSTITUTION:The burner part 9 which is made of a wire netting and the like is arranged to emit radiant heat generated by burning, so as to have a certain angles to an object to be heated such as a fish to be broiled, to the gas burner 7 of a gas table of pre-mixing type, used for broiling fish and the like. With such an arrangement, nearly even heat distribution can be obtained from the above-mentioned burner, to either part directly under a burner part 9 or between the burner parts 9. |
