A structural foundation is produced, into which there are embedded casing tubes, open at their upper ends, at predetermined positions and architectural-unit carriers, whose upper edges, projecting beyond the foundation, have been vertically adjusted beforehand. A flexible seal is arranged on the foundation such that it encloses the open end of the casing tube. Anchor bolts are fastened beforehand at predetermined positions on the architectural unit, which exhibits a predetermined geometry. After pouring a quantity of sealing material into the casing tubes, the anchor bolts are introduced into the associated casing tubes which are filled essentially with the sealing material, the architectural unit being installed fixedly on the foundation with the interposition of the architectural-unit supports. A variant of the method consists in that the flexible seals are fitted beforehand with pouring tubes for sealing material and overflow tubes for excess sealing material. After introduction of the anchor bolts into the associated casing tubes, a quantity of sealing material is poured into the corresponding casing tubes through the pouring tubes, which are seated in the respective flexible seals. Thereafter, the architectural unit is fixedly installed in a specific position on the foundation.
