PURPOSE:To quantitatively measure the intensity of fluorescence simply, by irradiating a light cut >=420mmu light to a sample and cutting obtained <=380mmu fluorescence and then, condensing by an integrating sphere and moreover, detecting by a photoelectric tube. CONSTITUTION:A light from a mercury lamp 1 is passed through a visible light cut filter 3 cut >=420mmu light through a condenser lens 2 and is irradiated to a sample 4. Excited fluorescence is condensed to an integrating sphere 5 and only fluorescence is taken out passing through an ultraviolet ray-cut filter 6 cut <=380mmu light and then, is caught by a photoelectric tube 7. Said fluorescence is amplified by an amplifier 8 and the intensity of it is measured by an ammeter 9. the measurement of the sample is performed on the basis of a fluorescence-free standard white board by cutting light other than 380-420mmu light. |
